Adaptive reuse and expansion of the existing St. Agnes Gymnasium building into a new performing arts center with a theater, lobby, support spaces, classrooms on the second and basement levels, new bathrooms, and faculty offices. The renovation included a significant amount of shoring, excavation, and underpinning to preserve the exterior walls and to create the theater space.
