New construction of a transit-oriented, mixed-use project which will incorporate affordable family housing and ground floor commercial and community-serving spaces on a vacant parcel currently owned by the City and County of San Francisco (“the City”) under SFMTA. The building is approximately 175,377 s.f. in eight stories of Type I, with nine stories at the corner of San Jose and Geneva only.
