1500 Page Street involved the conversion of a 4-story historic building in the Haight-Ashbury district into affordable housing for adults with developmental disabilities. The renovation included a seismic upgrade, new elevator and stairs, creation of 16 low-income studio apartments and 1 manager's apartment, and a new community room and kitchen. Additionally, landscaping and sitework were performed to create a usable backyard space and courtyard.
