Two-story tenant improvement project for Tom Waddell Urgent Care Clinic (TWUC) and San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team’s (SFHOT) new headquarters in a new six-story, 100% affordable residential building. The first floor includes exam rooms, dental clinic, consult rooms and support spaces for both TWUC clinic and SFHOT. The second floor includes administrative offices and support spaces for both TWUC clinic and SFHOT, and exclusively used by the staff.
