Most of our projects are ones that Cahill has already been selected as the general contractor and that we have provided design and budget input during preconstruction. Our philosophy is to work together to insure that subcontractors and suppliers have completed and coordinated scopes of work to avoid any "gaps" in the bids and bring up any potential issues to the Architect and Owner before construction starts.
