Skilled nursing facility constructed for the Jewish Home for the Aged in San Francisco.

3-story structural steel/metal deck framed building with a precast and glass aluminum facade, built over a full basement.

120-bed modern skilled nursing facility with three atrium centers and three enmeshed 56' radius circles. Constructed under OSHPOD design and construction supervision.

Cahill provided preconstruction budgeting and value engineering, and managed/performed all construction work.
