OVERVIEW

The 9th & Jessie Senior Housing project is one of two affordable housing developments by Mercy Housing of California. The project is located in the Mid Market district of San Francisco between Mission and Jessie Streets, and 9th and 10th Streets.

This project involves the construction of 107 apartments for very low income elderly (ages 62 or better) in an 11-story building.

Secure open space, a large multi-purpose room, smaller activity rooms, property management offices, and parking are also planned.
