OVERVIEW

The construction of Acacia Creek consists of a five-story independent living facility, a pool building, and a cottage building, spanning over 744 ft from west to east. The living facility involves metal framing over a concrete podium and an underground parking. Located south of the main facility, the pool and cottage building are built on wood frames.

Acacia Creek is a home of 152 residential units, overlooking the Union City downtown district.
