The construction of Acacia Creek consists of a five-story independent living facility, a pool building, and a cottage building, spanning over 744 ft from west to east. The living facility involves metal framing over a concrete podium and an underground parking. Located south of the main facility, the pool and cottage building are built on wood frames.

Acacia Creek is a home of 152 residential units, overlooking the Union City downtown district. With facilities such as pool, fitness, common room areas, dining hall, art studios, bar and lounge, etc, Acacia Creek serves not only as a comfortable housing, but is also a vibrant retirement community for senior citizens.
