Structural upgrade and renovation (new partitions, MEPS and finishes) of a historic landmark building, the former Shriners Hospital, and the addition of a new wing.

The building becomes a 120 unit Assisted Living Facility with a commercial kitchen, dining room, staff offices and common areas. Historic elements have been preserved.

The new building is four stories with post-tensioned concrete slabs.
