An example of our special attention to Quality Control was the "swat team" we used at the Villa Marin condominium project. On this project, we put together a team who spent their time inspecting the critical elements such as, wall plumbness, squareness of walls, acoustical caulking throughout, placement of resilient clips, partition acoustical insulation placement, and waterproofing details.
This resulted in a quality installation with very satisfied Owners and minimal call-backs.
