OVERVIEW

This is a Cahill Joint Venture with Nibbi Brothers Construction.

Construction of 341 new, affordable, one to four bedroom apartments in 11 three to five story wood frame buildings over concrete podium structures which include 323 parking spaces plus large retail and resident support areas.

The project includes special foundations (piles and post tensioned slabs with underground utilities hung from the slab) due to poor soil conditions, and is on two city blocks encompassing a Cable Car turn-around.
