Project including residential units, a garage, and a community space.

Folsom / Dore Apartments is a four story wood framed structure over a concrete podium parking structure. The development consists of 98 new units, providing much needed affordable housing in the South of Market area of San Francisco.

The progressive design included the integration of the original Folsom Street building façade.
