Tassafaronga Village is a LEED ND (Neighborhood Development) Gold Plan.

Tassafaronga Village is also part of the LEED For Homes program.

The project consists of demolition & remediation of an 87-unit public housing development, remediation of hazardous soil conditions on portions of Tassafaronga Village Parcel, Pasta Factory Parcel & Habitat Parcels, and construction of 157 apartments affordable to low-income families & individuals.
