This is a 4-story wood framed structure over a concrete podium.

The development consists of 135 SRO units. The ground floor includes parking and support facilities for the development and the surrounding community. The project also includes an interior courtyard on ground and 2nd floor.

This project is a LEED For Homes (pilot program) silver rating, and has been certified by the Green Communities.
