Bay Area Discovery Museum

OVERVIEW

Young children’s education center.

This project covers 2.5 acres of site clearing and grubbing, soil abatement, shoring, miscellaneous interior demolition, lead abatement, interior structural seismic repairs and interior improvements to five existing building structures.

Construction of a new 12,500 s.f. two-story Entry Building with modern Theatre facility and many architectural “sustainable growth elements” featured throughout.

Extensive site utility improvements to +/- 2.5 acre site-infrastructure system, and extensive landscaping improvements for public exhibit areas and unique features and attractions.
